• Previous employment: Lecturer of business and legal English (ZHAW), journalist, editor (English), translator (German/English), team leader on a third-party project at ETH Center for Security Studies
• Further training: CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages); various IT courses (including Photoshop, web design software, specialist software for newspaper design); management and leadership courses
